Early presidential elections are being held in Azerbaijan today, on April 11.

Eight candidates are running for the presidency. The political parties that are recognized as the real force of the opposition are boycotting the race "without any conditions for fair and democratic elections".

According to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan by 10.00AM local time, 18.71% of voters have cast their ballots.

The total number of registered voters is 5 million 314 thousand and 365 persons.
