A single entry visa for Azerbaijan can be obtained from the Consular Department of Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry located at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, International Airports in Ganja, Zaqatala, Gebele, and Nakhchivan according to a decree signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The procedure is valid from June 2, 2015. The European Games kick off on June 12 and will last until June 28.
The new simplified visa procedure requires a valid ticket purchased for the games; travel document valid for at least three months; 2 passport sized photographs of the applicant; visa application form (can be obtained on the plane or at the airport); and visa fee.
